Emmy's Bakery began with a simple conviction: that the best bread asks for time, not shortcuts. We start each morning with flour, water, salt, and a starter we've tended for years. Our pastries are rolled by hand. Our coffee is poured with the same care.
We are not a factory. We are a small kitchen on W Lincolnway, making what our neighbors ask for and what we are proud to serve. If it leaves our oven, we stand behind it.
